How to Apply

• Step 3 : Fill your personal details, communication address and contact information carefully.
• Step 4 : Upload required documents (ID proof, address proof, date of birth proof, photo and signature).
• Step 5 : Pay the application fee using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
• Step 6 : Submit the form and note down the acknowledgement number for future reference.
• Step 7 : Track your PAN card status online using the acknowledgement number.
How to Change / Update Details
• Use the PAN correction / update form available on the portal.
• Select the fields which you want to change (name, date of birth, address, etc.).
• Upload supporting documents for the change requested.
• Pay the correction fee and submit the request online.
• After verification, the updated PAN card will be dispatched to your address.
